By accessing or using the Classix application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your account information promptly as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to engage in the following activities:
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with the App are owned by Classix or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or exploit the App’s content without prior written consent.
Classix offers a one-time purchase to upgrade to Classix+, which grants lifetime access to our digital streaming library of classic movies and TV shows. All content provided through Classix is digital and non-tangible in nature.
All purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you agree that you are accessing digital content and waive any right to cancel or request a refund under applicable consumer laws, unless required by law in your jurisdiction.
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers, including PayPal and platform-specific processors such as Google Play. You agree to abide by their respective terms and privacy policies.
Before making any purchase, you will be asked to confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service, including our refund policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Classix and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Canada.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
